Indigo Press introduced our Packaged Print range of products over twelve years ago and it has proved to be one of the most successful strategies undertaken by our business.

Over the years we have improved and refined the service but we are now, for the first time, fully launching it online, with our new, groundbreaking ONLINE PRINT SOLUTION.

This system allows users to login, place orders, upload artwork, manage and track their orders, see previous orders and, where applicable pay for printing.  The system will give you an expected delivery day so that when you place your order you can be sure exactly what you are going to get and when.

We understand however that, in some cases, you may prefer to discuss aspects of your job with a member of our team so if you need to do so please call our sales team on 0800 652 7299 quoting your unique job reference number.  They will be able to access your account and provide more information about your jobs or make amendments to your order.

HOW TO ORDER

It couldn’t be simpler really.  Just decide upon the product which most suits your requirements, choose the size, quantity and any extras, tell us your contact details, delivery address etc., upload your artwork and make payment.  The system will give you an expected delivery date.  For future orders your details, including any alternative delivery addresses will be stored on our system.  If your business meets certain criteria and if you are making regular orders you may be eligible for a credit account – please contact us to discuss this option.

VAT

The applicability of VAT on printed matter is incredibly complicated however in basic terms, VAT is NOT chargeable on Flyers or Leaflets within our Packaged Print range:  However it IS chargeable on Business Cards, Compliment Slips, Letterheads, Posters and Folders.

There are certain circumstances when VAT is chargeable on flyers or leaflets, such as, if there is a large are for completion and return.  We will contact you prior to processing your order if this is the case with your job.

Please read our Artwork Guidelines before uploading your artwork.  Your artwork will be checked by our studio prior to printing however it is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork is correct prior to uploading.
