Our Paper
We take every effort in ensuring the materials that we purchase are of the highest quality and are ecologically sound. All of our house papers and boards are fully guaranteed, branded stocks, chlorine free and from sustainable forests to minimise the impact on the environment. The gloss and silk substrates are triple coated and the uncoated bond which we use for our letterheads & compliment slips is guaranteed laser compatible. As silk paper, due to its coating, has different ink adhesion properties to gloss, we always apply a protective varnish to any work printed on silk.
VAT
All prices within this guide are exclusive of VAT. There is generally no VAT to pay on flyers or leaflets, however there are exceptions. For instance if their primary function is to be completed and returned or for use as a ticket or calendar they should carry VAT. Posters, folders and printed stationery carry VAT and this will be charged at the applicable rate.
Artwork
Prices for artwork may vary depending upon complexity of design and authors corrections. Poster prices are based upon flyer artwork being adapted and resized. If you are unsure please check with us.
Proofs
We supply either e-mailed pdf proofs or colour laser proofs for all jobs which we design. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check the content of these proofs and we cannot accept responsibility for mistakes which are not picked up at this stage. We do not supply proofs for 'artwork supplied' flyers, business cards or posters unless specifically requested.
How to calculate prices
That's simple. Once you have decided upon the size and quantity you can distinguish the print price of your required selection. Add delivery and artwork if necessary as well as any other options such as double sided supplements, laminating, encapsulating or assembly costs. Once you have the total net cost you may need to add VAT (see above) and this is the total price to pay.
