Artwork Supplied
Many customers now prefer to generate their own artwork and we are well set up to handle this. All we require is that you follow our simple check list:
1. Provide your artwork
By e-mail, post or in person at our Southampton Head Office.
2. Provide us with your details
Let us know all your contact information together with invoice address and delivery address. We will confirm at this stage that all is okay with your artwork and give you an expected delivery/collection date.

3. Make payment Either by credit/debit card, cheque or cash
If you are paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to 'Indigo Press Ltd'.
You can pay cash either in person at our office or directly into our bank - just ring us for account details.
Please fax us through the paying in slip on 023 8033 7132 to let us know that it has been paid. NB: Credit Accounts are available if certain criteria are met, just ask for details.
4. Await delivery Your job will be with you (or ready for collection) on the day stated.
Artwork Required
If you wish to utilise our design service then just follow the steps below to ensure that your job is processed as quickly as possible:
1. Send us your brief Include all text and any images which you require by e-mail, fax, post or in person at our Southampton Head Office. Please try to give us as much information as you can at this stage to avoid too many amendments after proofing.
2. Provide us with your details Let us know all your contact information together with invoice address and delivery address. We can now design your job and once complete we will send you a proof by e-mail (or post if this is more convenient).
3. Sign off your proofs Once you are happy with your artwork we need confirmation that you would like us to proceed with the printing of your job. We will then give you an expected delivery/collection date. NB: Please check all proofs carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions not picked up at this stage.
4. Make Payment

5. Await Delivery
